YOGA IN PREGNANCY
Hatha yoga includes physical postures, purification procedures, poses, breathing, and meditation. It is also recognized as a stress-reducing practice and great for fitness, flexibility and strength. This come and try class is designed for pregnant women to participate.
The WCCSA will further develop this program in term 3 for interested participants.

MINDFULNESS FOR WELLBEING
These sessions will provide an introduction to the ideas and techniques of ‘Mindfulness’ and opportunities to practice, to help reduce physical/emotional stress and anxiety etc and to improve mind/body balance.
