IMPROVE YOUR CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM


Friday’s 9th March - 30th March (4 wks)


Learn ways to improve your self esteem and self confidence whilst challenging your belief systems that affect your self image. Become more self aware and learn the skills to counteract limited decisions and beliefs.

    Come along and learn all you need to know about planting your own herbs and veggies in pots at home.
    Experience the Ancient Oriental Art of Bonsai. A fun beginners class that will teach you the basics of Bonsai.

    Identify the creative part of yourself and re-engage with the Right Side of your Brain.
    Increase your confidence, whilst re-discovering the creative part of ourselves as women.

    Participants will experiment with collage, using sand, shells, flowers, feathers and other mediums.
    Participants will develop individual and Group made pieces.
