A creative writing group for women who want to explore themselves and their lives.
Explore your experiences with stories, poetry, pictures, journals, stickers, creativity whatever you want to say, however you want to say it.
Come along and join others in a supportive group for something different.

    INCREASE YOUR CREATIVITY THROUGH COLLAGE

    Identify the creative part of yourself and re-engage with the Right Side of your Brain.
    Increase your confidence, whilst re-discovering the creative part of ourselves as women.
    Participants will experiment with collage, using sand, shells, flowers, feathers and other mediums.
    Participants will develop individual and Group made pieces. All materials included in cost

    MAKING FRIENDS WITH YOURSELFE

    Explore an interesting, kind, adventurous and joyful approach to life.
    Find out how pain often comes from our resistance to change.
    Learn the skills towards letting go of fear and stress held in the mind, body and emotions.
    Letting go releases you from this insistent grip and when you let go a new focus of reality can enter so it is easier to love yourself and your life.

    DREAM WORK AND INTERPRETATION

    We all have different dreams and dream symbols and we can learn more about ourselves by paying attention to our dreams and its symbols. No one else but you knows your truth and there is so much wisdom within, in each of us individually and together too, and we just need time and space to access it.
    Join our group and share your dreams and discover their true meanings.

    ADAPTING TO A NEW CULTURE

    Join our new class where we will explore the adaptation process that people from overseas experience when they migrate to Australia. Come along and learn how to deal with each phase of settlement or how to support immigrants settling into Australian Society.

    Come along and learn all you need to know about planting your own herbs and veggies in pots at home.

    Learn how to create your own cactus and succu-lent creations at home. This class will focus on cuttings, soil mixtures and creating a decorative potted display.

    SEEDS, CUTTINGS AND TRANSPLANTING

    This hands on class will cover topics including seed propagation, taking cuttings and growing plants from cuttings and separating and transplanting plants.
    All materials included in cost. Activity is outdoors, please bring a hat and wear sun smart clothing
