Our mission is to nurture resilience in women. To this end, we aim to continue to provide a safe and supportive environment and offer a diverse range of services and activities and respond to the identified needs and strengths of women. We help the less fortunate and marginalized women and their families to increase their inclusion in the community by providing affordable education, life skills, financial, legal, counselling, well being and social support. We also support women in small business and jobseekers with much needed skills.

Rooms for Hire

The Centre has rooms for hire on weekdays and weekends during the day and in the evenings. Being centrally located with convinient public transport access from all directions and plenty of available free parking combined with it’s excellent location in the Linde Reserve makes the Centre an excellent venue for any function or event Please email or call to make a inquiry.

  1. I would love to see a sewing class at the centre! In the meantime, do you know where I can to learn basic sewing skills at an affordable price? I would like know how to do alterations and basic dressmaking.
